A delicious recipe that combines rosemary-infused fresh sausages with a flavorful sweet potato casserole, perfect for the holiday table or a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh sausages
- Fresh rosemary
- 2-3 sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or parmesan)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Cut the sausages into thirds. Take sprigs of rosemary and push them into the ends of the sausages.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the sausages over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Arrange the slices in a baking dish, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour cream over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake the sweet potato casserole in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve the rosemary sausages alongside the sweet potato casserole.
