Ingredients:
- 6 fresh oysters - 200 g mussels
- 1 lobster
- 300 g shrimp (peeled)
- 200 g crab meat
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Start by cleaning the oysters and mussels thoroughly under cold water. 2. Boil the lobster in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Cool and remove the meat from the shell.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the shrimp. Sauté for a few minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
4. Arrange all the seafood on a serving platter: oysters, mussels, pieces of lobster, shrimp, and crab.
5. Garnish the platter with lemon slices and fresh parsley. Lightly season with sea salt and black pepper.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
