Ingredients:

- 4 sausages (such as chorizo or bratwurst)
- 2 bell peppers (one red, one yellow)
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the onion and garlic. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
3. Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and cook until nicely browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the bell peppers and oregano. Continue to cook until the peppers are tender, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
