Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg Christmas ham
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml grated carrots
- 100 ml sliced onions
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Rinse the ham under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, water, grated carrots, sliced onions, black pepper, salt, and allspice.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over the surface of the ham.
5. Place the ham in a baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
6. Bake the ham in the oven for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
7. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest, covered, for about 15 minutes before slicing.
8. Serve the ham at your Christmas table and enjoy!
