Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8000 g Christmas ham (boneless, with shank)
- 1 dl mustard
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Rinse the ham under cold running water and dry it with paper towels.
2. Place the ham in a roasting bag or wrap it in aluminum foil and place it on a roasting pan.
3. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the ham, avoiding contact with the bone.
4. Bake in the oven at 100–125°C (212–257°F) until the meat thermometer reads 75–80°C (167–176°F).
5. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest before serving.
