A delicious, juicy Christmas ham baked low and slow, topped with a flavorful mustard-apple glaze that brings festive flavors to your holiday table.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 - 2 kg Christmas ham
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 apples (diced)
- 1 dl apple cider
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 bay leaves
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together mustard, honey, and diced apples.
3. Season the ham with salt and pepper, and place it in a roasting pan.
4. Spread the mustard-apple mixture over the ham.
5. Pour the apple cider around the ham and add the bay leaves.
6. Cover the ham with foil and bake in the oven for 6-8 hours, until the meat is tender and juicy.
7. Let the ham rest for a few minutes before slicing.
