Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 150 g green beans
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Slice the chicken breast fillets into strips and marinate them in soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar for about 10 minutes.
2. Rinse and chop the vegetables: bell peppers, carrots, and green beans.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about one minute.
4. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened but still crisp.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
7. Garnish the dish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
