Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 150 g fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini)
- 100 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little cooking water. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and rosemary, sauté for about one minute.
3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook on both sides until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
4. Add the fresh vegetables to the skillet and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
5. Mix the cooked pasta and, if needed, a little reserved cooking water into the chicken and vegetables. Stir well.
6. Serve the dishes topped with Parmesan cheese and enjoy a romantic dinner for two!
