- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until soft.
3. Slice the chicken breast into strips and add to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
4. Stir in the chopped bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, cooking for a few more minutes.
5. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
6. Crumble feta cheese over the mixture and allow it to melt.
