A delicious stew that takes you on a culinary journey to the charming town of Porvoo.

Ingredients:

- 600 g beef (stew meat)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 400 ml beef broth
- 200 ml red wine
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cut the beef into cubes and brown them in oil in a large pot.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, and red bell pepper. Add them to the pot.
4. Pour in the beef broth and red wine. Stir in the tomato paste and thyme.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Cover and let the stew simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours until the meat is tender.
7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
