Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh Porvoo bread
- 150 g cooked salmon
- 100 g fresh vegetables (e.g., cucumber, tomato, bell pepper)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 dl Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley)
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh Porvoo bread into slices or cubes.
2. Cook the salmon in a pan until thoroughly cooked, then crumble it.
3. Prepare the vegetables by dicing the cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper into small pieces.
4. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the vegetables.
5. Make the dressing by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together.
6. Serve the bread pieces on a plate, adding the crumbled salmon, vegetable mixture, and yogurt dressing on top.
