Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 150 ml cream
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 300 g potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
2. In the same pan, add onion and garlic, sauté until soft. Add mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a moment. Add the cream and thyme, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them with butter and milk. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Slice the cooked chicken fillets and serve them with the delicious sauce over the mashed potatoes.
