Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 300 g fresh or frozen raspberries
Crumble Topping:
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 75 g margarine
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Add the margarine, eggs, and sugar, then mix until well combined.
2. Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the raspberries on top.
3. In another bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle it over the raspberries.
4. Bake the raspberry crumble in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
