Delicious Meatballs

These juicy meatballs are a perfect addition to pasta or mashed potatoes. They are easy to make and loved by the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef (or a mix) - 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
- (optional) 1 dl tomato sauce for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it soak for about 5 minutes. 2. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, crushed garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and parsley to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. Shape the mixture into about 20 small meatballs.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
5. Serve warm with tomato sauce or on their own.
