Ingredients:
- 400 g tofu
- 100 g Estrella lentil chips (e.g., dill flavor)
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the tofu: Drain the tofu and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut the tofu into cubes.
2. Prepare the coating: Crush the lentil chips into fine crumbs. Place flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder in separate bowls.
3. Coat the tofu cubes: Dip the tofu cubes first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the crushed lentil chips.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu cubes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the tofu and place it on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately.
