Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button or chanterelle)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Allow to heat for a few minutes.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Mix the cooked pasta into the mushroom sauce and heat for a moment longer.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
