A delicious and hearty Quorn Bolognese dish, perfect as a meat alternative. Easy to prepare and offers a tasty meal for the whole family.

Serving size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 1/2 pack Quorn mince
- 400 ml passata (1 can/tetra)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
2. Sauté the onion in a bit of olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
3. Add a drizzle of oil, basil, and oregano, and let the flavors blend for a moment while cooking.
4. Add the frozen Quorn mince and more oil if necessary. Cook until the Quorn is thawed.
5. Stir in the tomato paste and season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the passata, a splash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
7. Simmer the sauce and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and black pepper if needed.
9. Serve the sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
