This fresh salad brings the flavors of summer and is a perfect addition to your table!

Ingredients:

- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Wash and peel the cucumber. Slice it into rings.
2. Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers into cubes.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it.
4. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
5. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
