Serving Size: 12 slices
Ingredients:
- 2 cups liquid (milk or water) - 0.9 oz fresh yeast
- 0.4 cups honey or sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.4 cups oil
- 1.5 cups grated carrots (or other vegetables like spinach puree, beetroot, apple)
- 8 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm liquid. 2. Add honey (or sugar), salt, and oil to the mixture.
3. Stir in the grated carrots (or your chosen ingredient).
4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
5. Let the dough rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
6. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it evenly.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes, until the bread is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
