A crispy sheet bread that is easy to make, perfect with soups or as part of a cheese platter.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 dl water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar.
3. Add the water, milk, and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening it into an even layer.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 20-30 minutes.
6. Bake the bread in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
7. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
