A delicious gluten-free sheet bread that is easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Serving Size: 12 slices
Ingredients:
- 500 g gluten-free flour blend
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 200 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, dry yeast, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the olive oil, honey, and milk to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
4. Gradually add water until the dough is smooth and pliable.
5. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into an even rectangle.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before slicing.
