This delicious and filling sheet bread is perfect for a low-carbohydrate diet. It's quick and easy to make, making it a great addition to soups or salads.

Serving Size: 8 slices
Ingredients:
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can cottage cheese
- ½ dl shelled sunflower seeds
- ½ dl ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sparkling water
- 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the sesame seeds, baking powder, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, chopped cashew nuts, and psyllium husk.
3. Add the lightly beaten eggs, cottage cheese, melted butter, and sparkling water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Spread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
6. Allow to cool for a moment before cutting into slices and serving.
