Description: A delicious and creamy pasta dish made with fresh spinach and garlic, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and stir well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
