Ingredients:
- Red onion marmalade
- Puff pastry
- Feta cheese
- Olives
- Fresh basil
- A drizzle of high-quality olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- Egg for brushing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry and line a tart pan with it.
3. Spread the red onion marmalade evenly over the pastry.
4. Crumble feta cheese on top of the marmalade.
5. Slice the olives and add them to the tart.
6. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the filling.
7. Drizzle a little olive oil and season with black pepper.
8. Brush the edges of the tart with beaten egg.
9. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the tart is beautifully golden brown.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
