A refreshing and delicious mint feta pie, perfect as an appetizer or for serving at a festive table. Easy to make using pre-made dough. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen pie crust- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl fresh mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
3. Crumble the feta cheese evenly over the crust.
4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, eggs, chopped mint, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the mixture evenly over the feta cheese.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the pie.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy.
