Ingredients:
- 2 liters of water
- 1 vegetable broth cube
- 0.5 red cabbage
- 1 stalk of celery (all stalks, no root)
- 1 small cauliflower with leaves
- 2 yellow onions
Instructions:
1. Heat the water in a large pot and add the vegetable broth cube. Stir until the cube dissolves.
2. Chop the red cabbage, celery, cauliflower, and yellow onions into small pieces.
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and simmer for about 20-30 minutes until all the vegetables are tender.
4. Taste and add salt or pepper if needed.
5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
