A refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with berries and protein. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bulgarian yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup red currants
- Approximately 2 cups skim milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend thoroughly until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
