A delicious stuffed bread that's perfect for snacking. It's easy to make and enjoyed by everyone. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and this recipe serves 4. Ingredients:
- 1 large loaf (such as baguette or ciabatta)
- 150 g cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 100 g ham or other meat
- 1 dl pesto
- 1 dl fresh herbs (such as basil or parsley)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Cut off the top of the loaf and carefully scoop out the insides.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cheese, ham, pesto, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Fill the hollowed-out bread with the mixture and replace the top.
5. Bake the bread in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
