- 2 dl gluten-free flour
- 1 dl almond milk
- 1 dl yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1 dl seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds or chia seeds)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the eggs, honey, almond milk, and yogurt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
