Pork Tenderloin Rolls Italian Style

Delicious pork tenderloin rolls packed with flavor, perfect for dinner or special occasions. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of pork tenderloin
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 beef broth cube or 1 tablespoon of broth concentrate
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- 1-1½ dl sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 dl water
- 1 dl soy cream
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Fresh basil for garnish
- 1 bay leaf
- Grated cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Slice the pork tenderloin into 1½ cm thick pieces and flatten them with a meat mallet.
2. Place a slice of bacon on top of each pork slice and roll them tightly.
3. Heat the butter or oil in a skillet and add the minced garlic.
4. Add the rolled pork tenderloins to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
5. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, beef broth cube or broth concentrate, water, and bay leaf to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
6. Stir in the soy cream and soy sauce, mix well, and let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve the rolls garnished with fresh basil and grated cheese.
