These delicious homemade donuts are perfect for enjoying with coffee or tea. They are quick to prepare, and you can decorate them as you like! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 donuts
Ingredients:
- 2 dl milk- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 g melted butter
- 7 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Warm the milk until it is lukewarm and mix in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg.2. Add the melted butter and stir until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, kneading the dough until it is uniform.
5. Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick and use a donut cutter or a round cutter to shape the donuts.
6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the donuts a few at a time until they are golden brown.
7. Remove the donuts and place them on paper towels to drain, allowing them to cool.
8. Dust powdered sugar over the donuts before serving.
