A delightful recipe that combines the freshness of lemon with the juiciness of pork. The chops turn out crispy and flavorful, topped off with a creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

- 4 pork chops
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water

Instructions:

1. Pound the pork chops to about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Squeeze lemon juice on both sides of the chops.
3. Dip the chops first in the beaten egg, then in the seasoned breadcrumbs (mix salt and white pepper into the breadcrumbs).
4. Heat the butter and canola oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet.
5. Fry the chops in the skillet until they are beautifully golden brown on both sides.
6. Add beef broth or water to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes until the chops are cooked through.
7. Remove the chops from the skillet and place them on a serving plate.
8. Pour the cream into the skillet, heat, and strain the sauce over the chops.
