A delicious and tender reindeer stew that is a perfect addition to your Easter meal. This dish is easy to prepare and is sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients:

- 800 g reindeer shoulder meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3-4 carrots
- 200 g chanterelles (or other mushrooms)
- 4 dl beef broth
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp grated horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the reindeer meat into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the pieces of reindeer meat on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sautéing them for a short time.
4. Peel and slice the carrots, then add them to the pot.
5. Add the chanterelles and mix all the ingredients well.
6. Pour the beef broth into the pot and bring it to a boil.
7. Reduce the heat and let the stew simmer covered for about 1.5 hours, until the meat is tender.
8. Finally, add the dill and horseradish, stir, and check the seasoning.
9. Serve the reindeer stew with celery-potato mash.
