This delicious and beautiful dish adds joy to your Easter celebration.Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g peas
- 150 g butter
- 1 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
2. Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
3. Add the peas to the pot during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
4. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
5. Add the butter and cream, and mash until smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh chives.
