A delicious and traditional Finnish dish that combines flavorful sautéed reindeer meat with creamy mashed potatoes. Perfect for cold winter days.

Ingredients:
- 3 onions
- 2 dl milk
- 1 kg sliced sautéed reindeer meat
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 dl water
- 50 g butter
- 700 g peeled potatoes
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onions.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot and add the onions. Sauté the onions until they are soft.
3. Add the reindeer meat to the onions and sauté over medium heat until the meat is nicely browned.
4. Add the salt and water. Cover and simmer the dish for about 15 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
5. While the meat is simmering, peel and chop the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are tender.
6. Drain the water from the potatoes and mash them with the butter and milk until smooth.
7. Serve the sautéed reindeer meat hot with the creamy mashed potatoes.
