A traditional Finnish dish that combines delicious reindeer meat with creamy mashed potatoes. This dish is easy to prepare and transports you to the flavors of Lapland.

Ingredients:

- 500 g reindeer meat
- 2 onions
- 4 potatoes
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onions and potatoes.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
3. Add the reindeer meat to the pan and cook until the meat is done.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, then drain.
6. Mash the boiled potatoes, add the cream, and mix well.
7. Serve the reindeer dish with the mashed potatoes.
