Ingredients:
- Splash of heavy cream
- ½ bottle of beer
- Pinch of salt
- 70 g bacon
- 240 g quick-cooking reindeer meat
- 1-2 dl water
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
2. Add the bacon to the skillet and cook until it starts to brown.
3. Add the frozen reindeer meat to the bacon, stirring to break apart the meat as it thaws.
4. Once the meat is no longer raw, pour in the beer and water.
5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
6. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
7. Finish the dish with a splash of heavy cream and stir well.
