Deliciously rich and fudgy chocolate brownies that are perfect for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a square baking pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until completely melted. Mix well.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate-butter mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. The brownies should be soft in the center.
8. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces and serving. Enjoy!
