Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Grate the carrots finely.
3. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Add the grated carrots and mix well.
5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, and oil.
6. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
7. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the breads are golden brown and cooked through.
