Ingredients:

- Pizza Dough
- 500 g pizza flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 packet (11 g) dry yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Tomato Sauce
- 200 g tomato puree
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Toppings
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella and Emmental)
- Optional: pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.

Instructions:

1. Prepare the pizza dough: In a bowl, mix flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Add water and olive oil, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
3. Prepare the tomato sauce: In a bowl, combine tomato puree, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
4. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
5. Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to your desired size. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Add your desired toppings.
7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Allow the pizza to cool for a moment before slicing and serving.
