A delicious burger recipe that brings the restaurant experience to your home. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and the recipe serves four. Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
4. Lightly toast the hamburger buns in the pan or oven.
5. Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the cheese-topped patty, slices of tomato and red onion, and add ketchup and mayonnaise to taste.
6. Add the top bun and serve immediately.
