Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Ketchup and mayonnaise to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.2. Shape the mixture into four patties.
3. Grill or fry the patties over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Place cheese slices on top of the patties and let them melt.
5. Lightly toast the hamburger buns on a grill or skillet.
6. Assemble the burgers: on the bottom bun, place a lettuce leaf, then the cheese-topped patty, followed by avocado and tomato slices. Add ketchup and mayonnaise to taste.
7. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
