A delightful creamy fish dish with a hint of lemon and fresh dill.

Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh fish (e.g. salmon or perch)
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the fish into portions and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
3. Add the white wine to the skillet and let it simmer for a moment.
4. Pour in the cream and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Squeeze the lemon juice into the sauce and add the chopped dill.
6. Serve the fish with the sauce and garnish with extra dill if desired.
