Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or pike)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., parsley and dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g potatoes, diced
- 1 dl cream

Instructions:

1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and sauté until golden.
3. Add the fish to the pan and cook on both sides until done (about 4-5 minutes per side).
4. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
5. Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and gently mix.
6. Pour cream over the fish and potatoes and let it warm for a moment.
7. Serve warm and enjoy the seaside atmosphere!
