Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 red onion
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season them with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken strips. Cook until the chicken is done and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
3. Slice the red onion and bell peppers, then add them to the pan with the chicken. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
5. Crumble the feta cheese over the dish and allow it to warm for a moment.
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
