A delicious savory pie filled with smoked ham, cheese, and fresh basil. Perfect for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp cold water
- Smoked ham (chopped)
- Blue cheese (crumbled)
- Feta cheese (leftover from the jar)
- Fresh basil
- Emmental cheese (grated)
For the Topping:
- 4 dl heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pie crust: In a bowl, mix the flour and butter until crumbly.
2. Add the egg yolk and cold water. Mix until it forms a smooth dough.
3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
4. Prepare the filling: Chop the smoked ham and crumble the blue cheese. Mix them in a bowl with the feta cheese and fresh basil.
5. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out to fit a pie dish. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of the dish.
6. Add the filling on top of the dough.
7. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the filling.
8. Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese on top.
9. Bake in the oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 20-30 minutes, or until the top is nicely colored.
10. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
