A delicious dish for pepper lovers, featuring chicken simmered in a creamy sauce with a variety of pepper flavors and warmth.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl chicken broth
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp green pepper
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, sautéing until they are soft.
2. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and add them to the skillet. Cook until they are beautifully golden brown.
3. Pour in the cream and chicken broth, mixing well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
4. Season the sauce with black pepper, green pepper, white pepper, and salt. Stir and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
5. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley.
