Ingredients:
- 1 tube horseradish paste
- 500 g salmon fillet
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh dill sprigs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle a visible layer of salt over the salmon (more on thicker parts) and add a pinch of black pepper.
4. In a bowl, mix the horseradish paste and sour cream together.
5. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
6. Finally, garnish with fresh dill on top.
7. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.
