Ingredients:

- 1 package of ready-made puff pastry
- 1 dl gingerbread spice
- 1 dl sugar
- 100 g soft butter
- 1 dl cream
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into about 12 circles.
3. In a bowl, mix the soft butter, sugar, and gingerbread spice together until well combined.
4. Add the cream to the mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Place about a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each pastry circle.
6. Fold the circles in half and press the edges tightly to seal.
7. Brush the pufflets with the beaten egg.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pufflets are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
