Microwave Spinach Soup (Pinaattikeitto)

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 dl water
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 150 g frozen spinach
- 2 dl cooking cream
- 6 black peppercorns
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in the microwave.
2. Add the melted butter to the all-purpose flour and mix well.
3. Pour the water into the bowl and stir until smooth.
4. Add the frozen spinach and black peppercorns. Mix thoroughly.
5. Microwave the bowl on high for about 5-7 minutes, or until the soup begins to bubble.
6. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and add the cooking cream. Stir well.
7. Season with salt to taste and enjoy!
